It's not hard at all: Each number refers to the height you would throw the ball in if juggling that many balls. Siteswap "3" is juggling the normal 3 ball cascade, because you throw each ball as if juggling 3 balls, which you are. When the pattern changes, the first number represents the right h
and, the second number the left hand... and so on. if you don't get it, google it!
